System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend Amendment No. 109 by Brown (page 101, prefiled 
amendment packet) by adding the following immediately after the 
final line of the text of the amendment:
	Contingent on the passage and becoming law of HB 20 or similar 
legislation, money saved by the limitation described by this 
section and the amount of money for funding not provided for 
semester credit hours over 45 credit hours of a degree program are 
appropriated to fund the summer school pilot program for Texas A&M 
University established under HB 20 or similar legislation for the 
state fiscal year beginning September 1, 2005.
