Amend Amendment No. 119 to CSSB 1 by Farrar (page 111, 
prefiled amendments packet), in the first line of the proposed 
rider, by striking "The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission" and 
substituting "It is the intent of the legislature that the Texas 
Alcoholic Beverage Commission".
