	Amend CSSB 1 as follows:                                                     
	(1) On page V-10, in the Texas Department of Criminal 
Justice's bill pattern, decrease the General Revenue Fund 
appropriation in Strategy C.2.1, Texas Correctional Industries, by 
$1,524,842 in fiscal year 2006 and $1,524,843 in fiscal year 2007.
	(2) On page V-10, in the Texas Department of Criminal 
Justice's bill pattern, increase the Private Sector Prison Industry 
Expansion Account No. 5060 appropriation (General Revenue - 
Dedicated) in Strategy C.2.1, Texas Correctional Industries, by 
$1,524,842 in fiscal year 2006 and $1,524,843 in fiscal year 2007.
