Amend CSSB 1, on page I-53, Trusteed Programs within the 
Office of the Governor, by adding a new section as follows and by 
renumbering the remaining sections accordingly:
	"Sec.__.  Use of Texas Enterprise Fund to Reimburse the 
Skills Development Fund.  The Skills Development Fund shall be 
reimbursed by the General Revenue Dedicated Texas Enterprise Fund 
Account No. 5107 for all Skills Development Fund grants awarded to 
recipients that are under contract with the Texas Enterprise Fund."
