Amend CSSB 1 (House Committee Printing) by amending Rider 20 
following the appropriations to the Texas Department of Agriculture 
(page VI-6) by adding the following text:
	____.  The Texas Health and Human Services Commission shall 
provide on a quarterly basis data on children certified for food 
stamps to the Texas Department of Agriculture.  The Texas 
Department of Agriculture shall use this information to update 
quarterly for independent school districts a list of students who 
are eligible based on their receipt of food stamps to be directly 
certified for the School Lunch and Breakfast programs.
