Amend CSSB 1 in Article VI, in the Texas Parks and Wildlife 
Department bill pattern, by adding the following appropriately 
numbered rider:
	____.  Reallocation of Funds to Local Park Grants.  Included 
in funds appropriated above in Strategy B.2.1, Local Park Grants, 
are federal funds in each fiscal year for providing grants to local 
parks. In the event that federal funds are not available or fall 
short of appropriated amounts for this purpose in the 2006-07 
biennium, out of funds appropriated above the Texas Parks and 
Wildlife Department is directed to reallocate funds from other 
strategies to replace federal funds appropriated for local park 
grants.
