	Amend the Pickett Amendment to CSSB 1 (page 124 of prefiled 
amendments) by striking lines 5-13 and substituting:
	____.  REALLOCATION OF FUNDS TO LOCAL PARK GRANTS.  To the 
extent savings result from restructuring Parks and Wildlife 
Department bonds, an amount equal to the difference in debt service 
that results from the restructuring is appropriated to the Parks 
and Wildlife Department for the state fiscal biennium beginning 
September 1, 2005, to provide local park grants under Strategy 
B.2.1.
