Amend Article VII, CSSB 1 as follows:                                        
	(1)  On Page VII-26, insert the following appropriately 
numbered rider and renumber any subsequent riders accordingly:
	"    .  State Transportation Improvement Program - 
Accountability Report.  For each fiscal year in the biennium, the 
Texas Department of Transportation shall provide a report, with 
results statewide by district, on the percentage of projects listed 
in the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) that were 
let on or before the letting date provided in the STIP.
