	Amend Amendment No. 151 by Villarreal to CSSB 1 (page 142, 
prefiled amendments packet) by striking lines 1-2 and substituting 
the following:
	Amend CSSB 1 (House Committee Printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered rider to Article XI of the bill 
following the provisions for the Texas Workforce Commission:
