Amend CSSB 1, on page IX-43, by adding a new section and by 
renumbering the remaining sections accordingly:
	"Sec.           . Limitation on Use of Funds for and Placement of 
Monuments on Capitol Grounds.  None of the funds appropriated by 
this Act, including any gifts, grants or donations, can be used for 
the design, construction or any other cost associated with the 
placement of a monument on the Capitol Grounds if the monument 
depicts an image or likeness substantially similar to that of any 
current elected or appointed office holder or any former elected or 
appointed office holder who is still living.
