	Amend Amendment No. 170 to CSSB 1 by Hamric (page 185, 
prefiled amendments packet) by striking "for the purpose of paying 
the costs associated with implementing and maintaining electronic 
services" and substituting "for any purpose for which money is 
appropriated to that agency by this Act".
