Amend the amendment number 177 to read as follows:                           

	
Amend CSSB 1 Article XI, page XI-8, under the proposals of 
Department of Family and Protective Services to add additional 
funding for Community Youth Development (CYD) Program in the amount 
of $720,105 for fiscal year 2006 and in the amount of $720,105 for 
fiscal year 2007.
