Contingency Appropriations - HB 1655. Contingent upon the 
enactment of HB 1655 by the 79th Legislature, Regular Session, 
2005, relating to funding for the Texas Statewide Emergency 
Services Personnel Retirement Fund, appropriations are hereby 
increased by $6.7 million each year of the 2006-07 biennium.
