Amend CSSB 1, Article I, on Page I-53 by adding the following 
appropriately numbered rider to follow the bill pattern of the 
Trusteed Programs within the Office of the Governor and to read as 
follows:
	____.  Appropriation for Grants for Fuel Ethanol and 
Biodiesel Production.  All funds deposited in the fuel ethanol and 
biodiesel production account are appropriated to the Texas Economic 
Development and Tourism Office for the purpose of making grants as 
provided under Chapter 16, Agriculture Code.
