Amend CSSB 1 (House committee printing) under Article XI 
items for the Department of State Health Services (page XI-10), by 
adding the following rider:
	Adding five Security Worker III positions for the Kerrville 
State Hospital. In addition to amounts otherwise appropriated by 
this Act, the sum of $92,220 per year in general revenue is 
appropriated to the Department of State Health Services to be used 
for funding five additional security workers by the Kerrville State 
Hospital during the state fiscal year beginning September 1, 2005, 
and the sum of $92,220 in general revenue appropriated to the 
Department of State Health Services to be used for funding five 
additional security workers by the Kerrville State Hospital during 
the state fiscal year beginning September 1, 2006.
