Overview
The following motion would increase General Revenue
appropriations in Article XI of CSSB 1 to increase the state match
for the Adult Education program.
Required Action

2) On page XI-13, increase General Revenue appropriations to
the Texas Education Agency by $6,800,000 in each year of the 2006-07
biennium for the purpose of increasing the state match for the
Federal adult education program.
3) Make appropriate adjustments to all related riders and
measures.
