Amend CSSB 1 in Article XI, items for future consideration, 
on page II-104 to add the following contingency rider.
	Contingency Appropriation:  Contingent on legislation 
relating to rural emergency air trauma safety service regions (HB 
2610) by the Seventy-Ninth Legislature, Regular Session, the 
Department of State Health Services is hereby appropriated any 
revenue collected under Transportation Code Section 502.1706 and 
deposited in the Air Trauma Safety Services Regions Account for the 
purposes of implementing the bill
