Add the following appropriately numbered rider to Article XI:                
	     .  CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION: TEXAS ENTREPRENEURSHIP 
NETWORK.  Contingent upon the enactment of HB 1747 by the 79th 
Legislature, Regular Session, 2005, relating to the creation of and 
funding for the Texas ENTREPRENEURSHIP Network, $15.204 million is 
appropriated to the Texas ENTREPRENEURSHIP Network Fund.
