System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend Amendment 26 proposed by Representative Uresti as 
follows:           
	(1)  by striking "Article II, on Page II-28" and substituting 
"Article XI"   
	(2)  by striking each occurrence of "Department of Assistive 
and Rehabilitative Services" and substituting "Health and Human
