Amend CSSB 1 (House committee printing), to decrease Strategy 
B.1.1 (page VIII-1), Indirect Administration, of the State Office 
of Administrative Hearings by the sum of $92,220, and increase 
Strategy C.1.3 (page II-39), Mental Health State Hospitals, of the 
Department of State Health Services by the sum of $92,220 in general 
revenue for the state fiscal year beginning September 1, 2005, to 
the Kerrville State Hospital for additional security, and shall 
decrease Strategy B.1.1 (page VIII-1), Indirect Administration, of 
the State Office of Administrative Hearings by the sum of $92,220, 
and increase Strategy C.1.3 (page II-39), Mental Health State 
Hospitals, of the Department of State Health Services by the sum of 
$92,220 in general revenue for the state fiscal year beginning 
September 1, 2006, to the Kerrville State Hospital for additional 
security.
