Amend CSSB 1, on Page II-83, Health and Human Services 
Commission by adding the following new section and by renumbering 
any remaining sections accordingly:
	"Sec.    . Access to Prescription Drugs for Medicaid 
Recipients. Out of the funds appropriated above to Strategy B.2.2., 
Vendor Drug Program, the Department shall not limit the 
availability or quantity of any legally prescribed drug by a 
licensed physician on behalf of an eligible Medicaid recipient.
