System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend CSSB 1 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  On page III-40 of CSSB 1, increase the funding for the 
Texas Grant Program - Strategy B.1.9. - by $140,750,000.00 for the 
biennium.
	(2)  On page I-46 of CSSB 1, reduce the funding for the Texas 
Enterprise Fund - Strategy A.1.8. - by $140,750,000.00.
