	Amend Amendment No. 91 by Truitt and Hochberg to CSSB 1 (pages 
87-88, prefiled amendments package), in item 2 of the amendment as 
follows:
	(1) strike the second and third paragraphs of item 2 of the 
amendment; and   
	(2) substitute for the stricken language:                                      
	The funds appropriated shall be distributed in an equitable 
manner to institutions based on increases in numbers of nursing 
students graduating.
