	Amend SB 1 on third reading in Article XI of the bill, in the 
riders following the items for the Higher Education Coordinating 
Board, at the end of the rider entitled "Chiropractic Colleges" 
(added by Second Reading Floor Amendment No. 102 by Brown of Dallas, 
as amended), by inserting the following:
	In addition to any other amounts appropriated by this Act to 
the Higher Education Coordinating Board, the amount of $250,000 is 
appropriated out of the General Revenue Fund for the fiscal year 
ending August 31, 2006, and the amount of $250,000 is appropriated 
out of the General Revenue Fund for the fiscal year ending August 
31, 2007, to the Higher Education Coordinating Board to contract 
with Parker Chiropractic College for the purpose of preparation or 
instruction of Texas resident undergraduate chiropractic students 
as doctors of chiropractic.
