Amend Floor Amendment No. 4 to CSSB 3 as follows:                            
	1.  On page 1, line 39, strike "qualified as";                          
	2.  On page 1, lines 39-40 strike "under Chapter 154 of the 
Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code"; and
	3.  On page 1, line 40 between "expertise" and "in" insert 
"and classroom training".
