Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to CSSB 5 as follows:                            
	1.  At page 1, line 28 (page 1 of the packet), after "commits 
a violation.", add "An injured employee may not be fined more than 
$10,000 for a violation of this subsection."

	2.  At page 2, line 6 (page 2 of the packet), after "commits a 
violation.", add "An injured employee may not be fined more than 
$10,000 for a violation of this subsection."
