Amend CSSB 5 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  In SECTION 3.234 of the bill, in amended Subsection (c), 
Section 413.014, Labor Code (committee printing page 63, line 65), 
strike "and" and substitute "[and]".
	(2)  In SECTION 3.234 of the bill, in amended Subsection (c), 
Section 413.014, Labor Code (committee printing page 63, line 67), 
between "devices" and the period, insert the following:

"; and                                                                 
		(6)  physical therapy and occupational therapy 
services".
