	Amend SB 9 on third reading by adding the following 
appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering 
subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION ___.  Subchapter H, Chapter 418, Government Code, is 
amended by adding Section 418.184 to read as follows:
	Sec. 418.184.  NOTICE OF DRIVER'S LICENSE APPLICATION 
IDENTIFICATION.  The director of the governor's office of homeland 
security shall develop a list of approved forms of foreign 
identification that may be used to establish identity for the 
purpose of application for a driver's license issued by this state.
