Amend CSSB 9 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTION to the bill and renumbering the subsequent SECTIONs of the 
bill accordingly:
	SECTION ___.  Section 161.048, Agriculture Code, is amended 
by adding Subsection (d-1) to read as follows:
	(d-1)  The commission may execute agreements with 
corporations or other private concerns to provide goods or services 
to establish checkpoints or conduct inspections under this section.
