System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend SB 11 (on page 1, lines 10 and 11 of Engrossed version), 
by striking "as recommended by the United States Department of 
Homeland Security" and replacing with "as defined by the Texas 
School Safety Center in conjunction with the state office of 
homeland security".
