System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend SB 11 in SECTION 1 of the bill as follows:                             

(1)  In added Section 37.108(a)(3), Education Code 	(engrossed version, page 1, line 18), strike "and".
	(2)  In added Section 37.108(a), Education Code (engrossed 
version, page 1, line 20), strike the period and substitute:

; and                                                                  
		(5)  a system for providing immediate notification 
through a variety of communication methods to the parents or 
guardians of affected district students in the event of an 
emergency.
