	Amend SB 40 (House committee printing) in SECTION 2 of the 
bill, in added Section 531.1532, Government Code (page 3, line 9), 
by striking "An institution in which a child resides" and 
substituting "An entity that provides information to a child's 
parent or guardian relating to permanency planning".
