The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend CSSB 45 in SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Subsection
(b) of Section 104.0156, Health and Safety Code (House committee
printing, page 1, line 21), immediately following "health care.",
by inserting "In developing the long-range plan, the advisory
committee shall study the effect of health care information
technology on price disparities in insurance coverage for residents
of this state."
