Amend CSSB 47 on third reading as follows:                                   

(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 531.1063(h), 	Government Code, strike Subdivision (1) and substitute the 
following:
		(1)  a description of the policies and procedures to be 
tested concerning the handling of lost, forgotten, or stolen cards 
carrying a fingerprint image or situations in which a fingerprint 
match cannot be confirmed;
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 
531.1063(h)(3), Government Code, strike "biometric" and substitute 
"fingerprint".
