Amend CSSB 60 (house committee printing) as follows:                         

(1)  Strike SECTIONS 2 and 3 of the bill (page 1, line 23, 	through page 3, line 26).
	(2)  Strike SECTIONS 13-22 of the bill (page 10, line 10, 
through page 14, line 22).
	(3)  Renumber remaining SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
