Amend SB 89 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill 
accordingly:
	SECTION __.  The requirements contained in this Act of 
providing two forms of identification do not apply to a person who 
is 85 years of age or older.
