	Amend CSSB 91 (House committee printing) as follows:                         

(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Subsection (b)(2), 	Section 22.01, Penal Code (page 1, line 21), between "chapter" and 
"against", insert ", Chapter 19, or Section 20.03, 20.04, or 
21.11".
	(2)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in proposed Subsection (f)(1), 
Section 22.01, Penal Code (page 2, line 19), strike "under this 
chapter" and substitute "listed in Subsection (b)(2) committed".
	(3)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in proposed Subsection (f)(2), 
Section 22.01, Penal Code (page 3, lines 4-5), strike "under this 
chapter is a conviction of an offense under this chapter" and 
substitute "listed in Subsection (b)(2) is a conviction of an 
offense listed in Subsection (b)(2)".
