Amend SB 99 as follows:                                                      

(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in the second sentence of 	proposed Section 35.585(a), Business & Commerce Code (House 
committee printing, page 1, lines 11-12), strike "may not deny to" 
and substitute "who has been notified that".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in the second sentence of 
proposed Section 35.585(a), Business & Commerce Code (House 
committee printing, page 1, line 12), between "contract" and "an 
extension", insert "has been the victim of identity theft may not 
deny the individual".
