Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to CSSB 112 as follows:                          
	(1)  Add a new SECTION to the bill, appropriately numbered, 
to read as follows:
	SECTION ____.  Section  22.041, Penal Code, is amended by 
adding Subsection (c-1) to read as follows:
	(c-1)  For purposes of Subsection (c), it is presumed that a 
person engaged in conduct that places a child in imminent danger of 
death, bodily injury, or physical or mental impairment if the 
person manufactured the controlled substance methamphetamine in 
the presence of the child.
	(2)  In Subsection (b) of SECTION 5 of the bill, on page 4, 
line 30, strike "applies" and substitute "and Section 22.041(c-1), 
Penal Code, as added by this Act, apply".
	(3)  Renumber existing SECTIONS of the bill as appropriate.
