Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to CSSB 142 in SECTION 1 of the 
bill, in proposed Section 232.155, Local Government Code (page 3, 
lines 28-29), strike "the votes received" and substitute "the votes 
cast in the county as a whole and a majority of the votes cast in the 
unincorporated area of the county".
