	Amend SB 150 (Senate engrossed version) as follows:                          

(1)  On page 1, line 14, between "," and "the", strike "or".
	(2)  On page 1, line 16, between "l'Automobile" and the 
period, insert ", the Champ Car organization, or the American Le 
Mans Series organization".
	(3)  On page 2, line 27, strike "UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX" 
and substitute "MOTOR SPORTS RACING".
	(4)  On page 3, line 16, between "Prix" and the period,
