Amend SB 166 on third reading by striking the language added 
by the Truitt amendment on second reading that adds Subsection 
(a-1), Article 55.01, Code of Criminal Procedure, amends Section 
2(a), Article 55.02, Code of Criminal Procedure, and adds 
nonamendatory transition language relating to the addition and 
amendment.
