Amend SB 280 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTION and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill 
appropriately:
	SECTION___.  Section 396.001, Transportation Code, is 
amended to read as follows:
	Sec. 396.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:                                    
		(1)  "Automotive wrecking and salvage yard" means an 
outdoor place where a person stores three or more wrecked vehicles 
for the purpose of dismantling or wrecking the vehicles to remove 
parts for sale or for use in an automotive repair or rebuilding 
business.
