Amend CSSB 310 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                       

(1)  In SECTION 3 of the bill, in the heading to added Section 	607.056, Government Code (page 3, line 2), strike "HEART ATTACK" 
and substitute "ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION".
	(2)  In SECTION 3 of the bill, in added Subsection (a), 
Section 607.056, Government Code (page 3, line 3), strike "a heart 
attack" and substitute "an acute myocardial infarction".
	(3)  In SECTION 3 of the bill, in added Subdivision (2), 
Subsection (a), Section 607.056, Government Code (page 3, line 15), 
strike "heart attack" and substitute "acute myocardial 
infarction".
