Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to CSSB 311 by adding a new 
Subsection 403.003, Occupations Code (page 1, line 21) to read as 
follows:
	Sec. 403.003.  EXEMPTION; EDUCATORS.  This chapter does not 
apply to a person who is required to hold a certificate issued under 
Subchapter B, Chapter 21, Education Code.
