System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 408 as follows:                                                   
	(1)  On page 19, strike lines 24 through 27, on page 20, 
strike lines 1 through 4, and substitute the following:
	"(b)  The penalty for a violation may be in an amount not to 
exceed $25,000 [$5,000].  Each day a violation continues or occurs 
is a separate violation for purposes of imposing a penalty.".
	(2)  On page 21, strike lines 5 through 10.
