Amend CSSB 408 as follows:                                                   
	(1)  Strike Sections 40, 41, 42, and 43 of the bill.                           
	(2)  On page 61, line 11, insert "and" after the semicolon.                    
	(3)  On page 61, line 12, strike "; and" and substitute a 
period.            
	(4)  On page 61, strike line 13.
