	Amend CSSB 408 (House committee printing) in SECTION 40 of 
the bill, in added Subdivision (3), Subsection (b), Section 65.004, 
Utilities Code (page 35, line 25), between "network" and the 
semicolon, by inserting ", provided that the cable or video service 
provider may credit that amount against any fee the provider is 
required to pay a municipality under this chapter".
