	Amend CSSB 408 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS as 
appropriate:
	SECTION       . Section 32.001(b), Utilities Code, is amended 
to read as follows:
	(b)  The commission has exclusive appellate jurisdiction to 
review an order or ordinance of a municipality exercising exclusive 
original jurisdiction under this subtitle, included but not limited 
to Chapter 33.
