Amend Amendment No. __ by __ to CSSB 408 by striking added 
Section 39.159, Utilities Code, and substituting the following:
	Sec. 39.159.  WHOLESALE MARKET DESIGN. The commission shall 
make improvements or changes to the ERCOT wholesale market design 
in a manner that is consistent with the overall policy of this state 
to reduce congestion costs in each ERCOT zone.
